FTG Minnetonka, MN Facility is recruiting for an Experienced Customer Service/Site Sales Position. FTG are seeking candidates with Customer Service experience in all types of Manufacturing including Printed Circuit Board Manufacturing, Contract Manufacturing, Plastic Production, Tool & Die Production, Part Distribution experience with Auto, Medical, Chemical, Electronic Components, and/or Retail Distribution. Must understand the seven qualities of customer service, Empathy, Problem Solving, Communication, Active Listening, Technical Knowledge, Patience, Tenacity, and Adaptability. Everyday Duties * Become fully Proficient with FTG Minnetonka's Manufactured Products and Services. * Engage Customers and Representatives in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner to deliver exceptional experiences on daily interactions. * Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to customer inquiries regarding quotes, order status, complaints, and returns. * Manage all assigned Customer entries into the Company CRM / Data Base. * Meet Personal/Team qualitative and quantitative goals by creating an environment that allows complete communication of requirements and forecasts. * Consistent performer with outstanding dependability and reliability. * Follow Sales Area Operating Procedures, Quality Requirements, Safety protocol and Company Policies. Required Skills/Experience : * High School Diploma, AA, or College degree preferred. * Successful experience in previous manufacturing customer service employment. * Good Communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation. * Ability to manage time and multiple priorities in a challenging environment. * Ability to communicate professionally in person, email, phone, and social media. * Comfortable learning new skills and collaborating with Customers and the Team. * Proficient computer skills are a plus with full knowledge of Microsoft Suite. * Basic Math skills and Technical Aptitude are a requirement.
