We're expanding our hours & team at our Alt Cannabinoid Store & Lounge, and we're looking for a store associate who's ready to embark on a rewarding journey in this dynamic industry. Key Responsibilities

:

• Cultivate robust, long-lasting relationships with customers, fostering customer retention and business growth.
• Employ strategic upselling techniques tailored to individual customer needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of our product range, including alternative cannabinoid products, vape items, and glass merchandise. Comprehensive product training is provided in the first week of onboarding.
• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming phone calls, chats and Zendesk support tickets for our e-commerce store to ensure exceptional client service.
• Guide customers in selecting products that best fit their needs.
• Serve in-house infused drinks such as slushies & coffees
• Manage smooth checkout experiences and perform opening and closing duties with an emphasis on cleanliness and organization.
• Maintain an inviting and orderly environment in both the showroom and lounge areas.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks assigned by management during off time.

Requirements

:

• Weekend Availability
• Experience in the cannabis industry preferred
• 2+ years of customer service experience required.
• 1+ years Retail Sales Required
• Proven ability in building customer relationships.
• Keen eagerness to learn and grow with our company.
