We are seeking an experienced Commercial Agreement Sales Representative to grow and manage our portfolio of commercial service agreements. Position Overview This role is responsible for selling commercial service agreements (preventive maintenance and service contracts) across HVAC disciplines. The position focuses on relationship-based selling , long-term account growth, and protecting customer assets -- not one-time transactional sales. This is a critical revenue-generating role and one of the company's primary sources of recurring income. Key Responsibilities * Sell and renew commercial service agreements for HVAC systems * Develop and manage relationships with commercial and industrial customers * Identify opportunities within existing accounts to expand agreement scope * Collaborate with service managers to ensure agreements are properly scoped and executed * Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting * Participate in customer meetings, site walks, and proposal presentations * Serve as a trusted advisor to customers regarding system maintenance and lifecycle planning * Support overall commercial service growth objectives Qualifications * 5+ years of B2B or commercial sales experience preferred * Experience selling service agreements, maintenance contracts, or technical services strongly preferred * Commercial HVAC industry experience * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Comfortable working independently in the field * Organized, disciplined, and accountable * Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into customer value Compensation & Benefits * Competitive base salary * Commission / incentive compensation tied to performance * Company vehicle * Health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off * Long-term growth opportunity with a stable company Why Join J.E.
