Responsibilities: * Respond promptly and professionally to internet inquiries from potential customers. * Provide detailed information about vehicle availability, pricing, and financing options. * Engage with customers via email, chat, and phone to build relationships and trust. * Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership and test drive vehicles. * Maintain a thorough knowledge of our inventory, including features and benefits of each model. * Follow up with leads to ensure a high conversion rate and excellent customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate online and in-person sales efforts. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system. * Stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and competitive offerings. * Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
