Jesse the Jeweler / Jack 's by The Jeweler's Shop (31Four, Inc.) Location: [Cape Canaveral, FL / Merritt Island, FL] Schedule: Tuesday to Friday 9:30am to 5:00pm, Saturday 9:30am to 2:00pm (may have extended hours during holiday season) Pay: $20/per hour plus commission (details shared during interview) At 31Four, we're family historians. We focus on education, craftsmanship, and genuine customer care. We do not run a high- pressure sales floor. The Role As a Jewelry Sales Associate (Brand Ambassador), you are the face of the showroom experience. You guide customers with confidence and kindness from the first greeting through post-sale follow-up. You also help keep the store polished, organized, and running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Customer Experience * Welcome every guest warmly and create a professional, memorable experience * Listen carefully, ask great questions, and help customers make confident decisions * Provide thoughtful follow-up after the sale, including pickups, resizing updates, repairs, and service questions Sales and Product Knowledge * Learn our core product categories and services, including bridal, diamonds, gold, repairs, and custom * Educate customers clearly and guide them to the best fit without pressure * Support a smooth sales process from discovery through purchase and accurate documentation Relationships and Clienteling * Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business * Capture customer information appropriately for follow-up and future service * Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries Store Standards and Operations Support * Maintain a clean, polished showroom, including cases, counters, displays, and customer areas * Assist with packaging, boxing, wrapping, and keeping POS areas stocked and organized * Support basic operational needs as needed, including restocking supplies, intake forms, tagging, and light inventory support What We 're Looking For * Retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred (luxury or jewelry experience is a plus, not required) * Strong communication skills and a calm, friendly presence * Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and organization * Professional appearance and high integrity (trust matters in jewelry) * Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to balance multiple tasks * Must be able to work Saturdays (required) * Authorized to work in the United States Growth Opportunity This is a long-term role with the opportunity to grow into expanded responsibilities and leadership as you master our service standards, systems, and sales process.
