Business Development Representative Location: Washington, DC Compensation: Competitive base salary + commission About the Role We are seeking an energetic and motivated Business Development Representative to join our team in Washington, DC. This role is responsible for driving new business by selling staffing services to construction, warehouse, and industrial clients. The ideal candidate thrives on building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering customized workforce solutions. Key Responsibilities * Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the construction, warehouse, and industrial sectors * Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding staffing needs and providing tailored solutions * Conduct client visits, presentations, and networking to promote staffing services * Partner with recruiters and operations teams to ensure successful service delivery and client satisfaction * Meet and exceed activity and revenue targets * Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline in the CRM system Qualifications * 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in staffing or related industries * Knowledge of construction, warehouse, or industrial staffing markets is strongly preferred * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills * Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively * Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets * Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for client visits What We Offer * Competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential * Ongoing training and professional development * Career growth opportunities within the organization * Supportive team environment with strong operational backing Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
