Now Hiring - Marketing & Sales Support (Full-Time) Boateye360 | Sarasota, FL Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Location: Sarasota, FL (No travel required) Boateye360 is one of the fastest-growing marine technology companies in the U.S. We design and build full-color night vision cameras that give boaters real visibility after dark -- clearly showing docks, channels, crab traps, markers, and other vessels when the human eye can't. About the Role This is a full-time, hands-on position focused mainly on marketing, content creation, and social media. If you're comfortable with video, graphics, photography, or short-form content , that's the most important part of this role. We can teach you everything else. You'll be working around some of the coolest boats in the Sarasota area , filming installs, products, and real-world night vision footage--without any travel required. Core Responsibilities Marketing & Content (Primary Focus) * Create social media reels, photos, and short videos * Shoot product videos and behind-the-scenes content * Basic video editing for our weekly video blogs * Product photography & videography (boats, installs, night footage) * Assist with social media advertising * Help improve SEO & AEO * Create product content: * Blog posts & articles * Brochures & flyers * Website and product listings Sales & Customer Support (Secondary / Light) * Help filter incoming phone calls * Answer simple customer questions or take messages * No cold calling, no pressure sales. -- we train you on everything What Makes This Job Different * No travel required * You'll work around high-end boats and marine tech * You'll see your content directly impact sales and growth * Small team, no red tape , fast decisions * Your ideas actually get used * Laid-back environment with real responsibility Experience & Background You do not need marine or technical experience.
