Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom or on-site with flooring selections
• Provide expert product knowledge including materials, pricing, and installation options
• Prepare and follow up on estimates and sales quotes
• Manage customer relationships from inquiry to installation completion
• Collaborate with installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction
