Job Summary OfferMint is a real estate investment company focused on providing creative, win-win solutions to motivated property sellers. We are seeking a driven Acquisition Specialist to manage inbound and outbound leads , build rapport with motivated sellers, and negotiate property purchase agreements that align with seller needs and company investment criteria. This role is ideal for a confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and enjoys turning conversations into signed contracts. Duties * Handle inbound and outbound calls from motivated seller leads * Build rapport, uncover seller motivation, and evaluate property condition * Analyze deals using company tools and established buy criteria * Present creative purchase solutions (cash offers, seller financing, etc.) * Negotiate contracts and secure signed purchase agreements * Maintain accurate notes and updates in CRM * Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture long-term opportunities * Collaborate with disposition and transaction teams to ensure smooth closings Requirements * Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills * Comfortable making and receiving high-volume calls * Ability to build trust quickly with homeowners * Problem-solving mindset and resilience * Organized and detail-oriented * Coachable and open to feedback * Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude Preferred (not required) * Cold calling experience * CRM USE- GHL, MOJO Dialer * Experience in real estate acquisitions * Familiarity with real estate contracts and deal analysis Job Type: Full-time Pay: $42,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year Application Question(s): * Have you cold called before ? * Have you worked a sales role prior ?
