This role involves engaging with potential clients through outbound and warm calling, nurturing relationships, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a background in B2B sales, and experience with CRM software such as Salesforce. As a key player in our inside sales department, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base and promoting our technology solutions in a fast- paced, remote environment. Responsibilities * Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities through warm calling and lead follow-up * Engage in consultative sales conversations, demonstrating product value and technical benefits to clients * Manage and update customer information using CRM software like Salesforce to ensure accurate records of interactions and sales pipeline * Negotiate terms and close deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally * Develop a deep understanding of our technology products to effectively communicate features and benefits during sales calls * Maintain consistent communication with prospects through telemarketing, email outreach, and other channels Requirements * Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms * Experience with telemarketing, outbound calling, and warm calling techniques * Knowledge of technical sales processes and business development strategies * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively * Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity levels * Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to client engagement * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously Join our team as a Remote Inside Sales Representative and leverage your sales expertise to help grow our business while enjoying the flexibility of working remotely.
