We are seeking a knowledgeable individual with industry experience to be part of our retail sales team. Responsibilities: * Greet customers when they walk through the door * Sell merchandise, both from store inventory or through preorders from our suppliers * Build orders by recommending additional products/accessories * Ring up sales and arrange for pick-up of the customer's order if needed * Assist in maintaining the back stock room and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor * Collaborate with fellow team members to keep the sales floor clean and organized at all times * Maintain compliance with all involved government agencies including completing 4473 forms and background checks Qualifications: * Retail sales experience is a MUST * Firearms knowledge , required * Must be at least 21 years old * Must pass a background check * Must be legally allowed to own a firearm Physical Demands: * Lifting of up to 30 lbs is required on a regular basis. * Normal work hours are 10:00 am - 6:00 pm. Must be available to work Saturdays.
