About Us Nordex Advanced Technology has provided silkscreen printing and CD/DVD media services for over 30 years. We're a small, fast-moving business known for reliability, accuracy, and personal service. The Role (50% production 50% sales ops) A hands-on Production & Fulfillment Associate who's also support sales and outreach operations. You'll build both technical skills (production, shipping, printing equipment) and business skills (sales outreach, CRM, customer engagement). You 'll get cross-training that most positions don't offer, giving you experience across the full operation of a small but established company. What You 'll Do * Operate printing/packaging equipment, prepare shipments, and track inventory. * Process orders: quotes, invoices, labels, shipping (UPS/FedEx/USPS). * Support sales outreach: email follow-ups, LinkedIn messaging, light cold/warm calls. * Manage job orders and customer info in QuickBooks/CRM. * Assist with marketing tasks (basic campaigns, social media updates, lead tracking). * Jump in across tasks to keep production and customer flow running smoothly. What We 're Looking For * 2+ years in production, fulfillment, print shop, logistics, or small-biz ops. * Tech-savvy: QuickBooks, spreadsheets, CRM, LinkedIn. * Organized, reliable, and comfortable splitting time between shop-floor work and computer-based tasks. * Able to lift 40 lbs and stay active during production. * Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Hands-on training Opportunity to grow with the business Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * Health insurance * Paid time off Application Question(s): * Describe your hands-on production, warehouse, or print experience * Which of these tools have you used?
