Commission-Based Independent Sales Representative Location: Austin, TX Company: Social Indoor Compensation: Commission-based (1099 / Independent Contractor) About Social Indoor Social Indoor is a national indoor out-of-home (OOH) advertising company specializing in hyper-targeted digital and static media inside high-traffic hospitality venues. We partner with bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues to help brands reach engaged audiences at the point of experience. We are currently operating in 23 states and continue to expand our footprint in key markets, including Austin. About the Role We're looking for a commission-based Independent Sales Representative to sell advertising solutions to local businesses in the Austin market. This is an entrepreneurial role with strong recurring and passive revenue potential , ideal for someone who wants to build long-term income through client relationships. Responsibilities * Prospect and engage local businesses to sell Social Indoor's digital and print advertising solutions * Educate business owners on the value of hyper-targeted indoor OOH advertising * Build and manage a pipeline of advertising clients within the Austin market * Close new advertising deals and manage client onboarding * Maintain relationships with active advertisers to support renewals and upsells * Represent Social Indoor professionally in the field and at local networking events What We 're Looking For * Comfortable with outbound sales and prospecting ("hunter" mindset) * Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills * Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your own schedule * Prior sales experience preferred, but not required (advertising, hospitality, or B2B sales experience is a plus) * Based in or near Austin, TX Compensation & Structure * Commission-based, independent contractor (1099) role * No cap on earning potential * Flexible schedule * Training, sales materials, and ongoing support provided Why Social Indoor * Established national footprint with continued expansion * Proven advertising model with engaged, high-intent audiences * Entrepreneurial role with flexibility and autonomy * Opportunity to grow alongside a scaling company Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $20,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Expected hours: 15 per week Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Work from home Work Location: In person
