Full job description Key Duties and Responsibilities Customer Service * Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, courteous assistance * Educate customers on available products, services, and store promotions * Handle customer transactions accurately, including shipping, printing, packaging, and mailbox services Shipping & Packaging * Process UPS and other shipments using point-of-sale systems * Pack items to company standards using appropriate materials and techniques * Advise customers on packaging options and shipping timelines Printing & Document Services * Operate copiers, printers, fax machines, laminators, and binding equipment * Assist with custom print jobs, formatting, and basic graphic file troubleshooting * Maintain print area cleanliness and manage supply Store Operations * Maintain clean and organized store presentation * Restock merchandise, monitor inventory, and alert management of low stock * Assist with opening and closing procedures as assigned * Elevate unresolved customer complaints to store manager Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required * Prior retail, customer service, or shipping/printing experience preferred * Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn POS systems * Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills * Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods Required Skills * Must be a Notary Public (or willingness to become certified) * Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, or basic graphic software * Multitasking in a fast-paced environment Job Type: Part-time or Full Time available Pay: $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week Benefits: * No late hours.
