Copier Sales Representative Location: San Diego, CA Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, self-starting Copier Sales Representative to grow our presence in the San Diego market. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives in a performance-based environment and wants uncapped earning potential while building long-term client relationships. You will be responsible for developing new business, managing a pipeline of opportunities, and selling IT services & Office equipment print solutions to businesses of all sizes. Key Responsibilities * Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and outbound sales activity * Sell Office equipment print service solutions to commercial customers * Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions to decision-makers * Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close * Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat and recurring revenue * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets * Accurately track activity and opportunities in CRM * Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure a strong customer experience Qualifications * 2+ years of copier industry sales or outside B2B sales experience preferred * Proven ability to prospect, self-generate leads, and close deals * Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills * Highly motivated, disciplined, and results-driven * Comfortable working independently in a commission-driven environment * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We Offer * Competitive base salary * Uncapped commission with strong earning potential * Medical/Dental/Vision benefits * Opportunity for career growth and advancement * Supportive, entrepreneurial sales culture Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
