Our office is expanding and we are looking to hire the right confident and highly motivated individual to join our outstanding team. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position. Our Customer Service & Sales Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients along with a great earnings opportunity with future long term career advancement available. As an Insurance Sales & Customer Service Representative you will make outbound calls to generate appointments and market a wide range of insurance products and services along with processing policy change requests, maintaining knowledge of our products, and answering any questions from our clients may. Requirements

• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Great Customer Service Skills.
• Problem-Solving Capabilities.
• Be capable of handling customer rejection.
• Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• Life & Health Insurance license required within 3 months of hire

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Call prospective customers by operating telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
