Krasiva Windows & Doors - Phoenix, AZ $23.94 per hour + performance bonuses About the Role Krasiva Windows & Doors is seeking motivated, personable individuals to join our Sales Support Team as part-time Field Canvassers. This is a sales support position designed for confident communicators who enjoy being outdoors, connecting with people, and representing a trusted, well- established local company with nearly three decades of success in Arizona. As a Field Canvasser, you'll play a vital role in our lead generation and customer outreach efforts. You'll visit residential neighborhoods, speak with homeowners face-to-face , and introduce them to our line of high- quality, energy-efficient windows and doors. Your goal is to spark interest, provide basic product information , and collect accurate contact details for homeowners who want to schedule a free, no-obligation design consultation with our professional sales team. This position is ideal for individuals who: * Have a background in sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality and enjoy face-to-face communication. * Like being active and outdoors , rather than stuck behind a desk. * Are looking for weekday, daytime hours in a stable, growth-oriented company. * Appreciate clear goals , team collaboration , and rewarding performance bonuses.
