Overview The Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department. The Sales Coordinator will assist in managing sales processes, maintaining customer relationships, and facilitating communication between various departments to drive sales success. Duties * Support the sales team by preparing and processing sales orders, quotes, and contracts. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. * Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on promotions and product launches. * Assist in coordinating sales meetings, presentations, and training sessions. * Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide exceptional customer service. * Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. * Prepare reports for management on sales performance and forecasts.
