Job Overview We are seeking experienced licensed Sales Plumbers to join our team. The ideal candidate(s) will have a proven sales background in residential & commercial plumbing: specifically including installation, maintenance, repair & diagnostic work. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to close. The right candidate will be able to take the warm leads we provide and close the majority of their estimates turning them into sales. Responsibilities * Install, repair, diagnose & maintain plumbing systems in residential homes and some commercial properties. * Assemble & install pipes, fittings, & fixtures using hand tools and power tools. * Read & interpret blueprints & schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems. * Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems. * Perform heavy lifting as required for the installation of plumbing fixtures and equipment. * Collaborate with carpenters & other tradespeople to ensure seamless project completion. * Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their plumbing needs. * Sales * Installing * Service Plumbing Skills * Proficient in using hand tools & power tools necessary for plumbing tasks. * Strong ability to read blueprints & schematics related to plumbing installations. * Capable of performing heavy lifting as needed for various projects. * Experience in assembling various components of plumbing systems. * Knowledgeable in commercial driving regulations if required for transportation of materials. * Familiarity with carpentry skills is a plus, enhancing the ability to work on integrated projects. * Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
