We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Technical Instrument Sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling specialized technical instruments to a diverse client base. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a solid understanding of technical products. Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities
• Present and demonstrate technical instruments to potential customers, highlighting features and benefits
• Provide expert advice and support to customers regarding product selection and application
• Collaborate with the technical team to understand product specifications and ensure customer needs are met
• Prepare sales proposals, quotes, and contracts in accordance with company policies
• Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote products and expand market reach
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the technical or scientific instrument industry
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of technical instruments or related scientific equipment is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to building client relationships
• Basic proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office and CRM software
• A valid driver's license is preferred for client visits and industry events This role is ideal for motivated individuals passionate about technology and customer engagement, offering opportunities for professional development within a supportive environment. Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
