In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling specialized technical instruments to a diverse client base. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities * Present and demonstrate technical instruments to potential customers, highlighting features and benefits * Provide expert advice and support to customers regarding product selection and application * Collaborate with the technical team to understand product specifications and ensure customer needs are met * Prepare sales proposals, quotes, and contracts in accordance with company policies * Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions * Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote products and expand market reach * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools Qualifications * Proven experience in sales, preferably within the technical or scientific instrument industry * Strong customer service skills with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Knowledge of technical instruments or related scientific equipment is highly desirable * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment * Self-motivated with a proactive approach to building client relationships * Basic proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office and CRM software * A valid driver's license is preferred for client visits and industry events This role is ideal for motivated individuals passionate about technology and customer engagement, offering opportunities for professional development within a supportive environment.
