What You 'll Do As a Hudson Home Consultant , you are the first face our customers see. You'll conduct in-home consultations, complete professional inspections using our proprietary tools, and educate homeowners on the value of our proactive care plan. Your role is equal parts home expert and trusted advisor - helping homeowners protect their most valuable investment. Your Day-to-Day * Conduct scheduled home consultations with prospective clients * Use Hudson's proprietary tools to assess property health * Present a tailored service plan with clarity and confidence * Close new memberships and hand off clients to their dedicated Hudson Home Specialist * Track activities in our CRM and follow up with leads What You Bring * Proven sales experience with a consultative approach * Comfort discussing home systems (basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, etc. is a plus) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Driven, trustworthy, and highly organized * Valid driver's license and clean driving record Why Join Us * Make an Impact: Be the first impression of a high-trust, high-touch service model.
