Position Overview The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new leads, managing client relationships, creating quotes, and closing sales for countertops, cabinetry, flooring, and remodeling projects. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to guide clients through material selections and design choices. Key Responsibilities * Identify and generate new leads through walk-ins, referrals, networking, social media, and outbound outreach. * Develop strong relationships with builders, contractors, realtors, designers, and homeowners. * Conduct showroom presentations and material selections with clients. Project & Estimate Management * Gather project details, measurements, and customer preferences to prepare accurate quotes. * Present estimates, explain pricing, and close sales confidently. * Follow up with leads, open estimates, and pending approvals using CRM tools. Customer Experience * Provide exceptional service from first contact to final installation. * Guide clients through material options (quartz, granite, cabinets, flooring, tile, etc.). * Coordinate selections with the design team and fabrication shop. Team Collaboration * Work closely with project managers, the fabrication warehouse, and the installation team. * Communicate client updates, deadlines, and material needs clearly and promptly. * Support showroom organization and maintain product displays. Administrative Duties * Ensure estimates and invoices are issued correctly. * Maintain CRM pipelines and follow-up systems. * Track sales goals and report weekly performance. Required * Proven background in sales (construction, home improvement, or design preferred). * Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. * Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. * Strong organizational and follow-up skills. * Basic understanding of measurements and materials (training provided). * Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and digital tools. Preferred * Experience in countertops, cabinets, flooring, tile, or remodeling industry. * Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. * Valid driver's license. Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: * Paid training Work Location: In person
