Ground Zero is looking for a driven and motivated Business Development Specialist to help us expand our reach and impact! This role is all about building strong relationships, driving sales, and connecting people with unforgettable experiences through our cutting-edge attractions, including Tactical Laser Tag, Virtual Reality, Nerf Wars, Educational Programs, and more. As part of our team, you'll be on the front lines of growth--partnering with schools, businesses, churches, sports teams, and community groups while showcasing the one-of-a-kind entertainment and training opportunities that only Ground Zero offers. Responsibilities: * Drive sales by introducing and educating clients on Ground Zero's attractions, party packages, and educational programs. * Meet or exceed sales targets with energy, persistence, and focus. * Close deals and ensure smooth, professional follow-ups for every customer. * Quickly resolve client questions, concerns, or issues. * Actively network to build strong, lasting relationships with organizations and groups. * Represent Ground Zero at community events, trade shows, and outreach opportunities. Qualifications: * Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development preferred (but not required). * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * Self-starter with the ability to work independently with little supervision. * Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage time and meet deadlines. * Passion for entertainment, technology, and creating memorable customer experiences is a big plus! * Must be comfortable as a 1099 commissioned employee.
