Key Responsibilities

: Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners, including plumbers, property managers, and environmental testers.

• Conduct in-person visits, phone calls, lunches, and continuing education efforts to strengthen partnerships.
• Respond to referral inquiries, facilitate and sell incoming work, and coordinate with operations for seamless project execution.
• Track and manage referral performance, revenue generation, and partner engagement.
