Base + commission Responsibilities * Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify potential customers through research, cold outreach (calls, emails) and nurture web leads. Must be comfortable making outbound cold calls. * Customer Service: Handle incoming customer calls and provide excellent customer service. * Customer Engagement : Understand customer needs, present solutions, and answer questions via phone, email, and in-person meetings. * Sales Process Management : Move prospects through the sales cycle, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet quotas. * CRM Management : Maintain accurate sales records, track sales activities, and update customer databases. * Collaboration : Work with marketing and other sales teams to align strategies and ensure smooth customer handoffs. * Product Knowledge : Stay updated on product features and market trends to effectively position offerings. Requirements * Excellent command of English language. Bilingual and multilingual is a plus. * Proven success and experience in telephone sales and customer service is required * Product training will be provided * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly * Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment * Positive attitude, proactive approach, and a genuine desire to assist customers * Proficiency with computers and point-of-sale systems Join our team and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our customers while developing your sales expertise in a supportive environment.
