Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to create a positive shopping environment * Assist customers in selecting products, offering detailed product demos and upselling when appropriate to enhance their experience * Operate the POS system efficiently for checkout, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with accuracy and professionalism * Maintain well-stocked shelves through merchandising, stocking, and inventory management to ensure products are appealing and accessible * Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers on features and benefits, encouraging informed purchasing decisions * Manage stock levels by receiving shipments, organizing merchandise, and ensuring proper placement on the sales floor * Uphold excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing assistance remotely, ensuring clear communication at all times Qualifications * Previous retail sales experience preferred. * Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is highly desirable * Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities to serve diverse customer needs * Experience supervising or leading team members is a plus; ability to motivate and guide others effectively * Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for transactions and inventory counts * Knowledge of merchandising techniques and stock management practices * Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that promotes a welcoming atmosphere Join us in creating memorable shopping experiences!
