We 're Hiring! Retail Sales Associate - The UPS Store Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour (based on experience) Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: 8-hour shifts, must be available at least 2 Sundays per month (11 -4) About the Role We are looking for friendly, dependable, and motivated Retail Sales Associates to join our team at The UPS Store in Mount Pleasant, SC. This role is all about helping customers with shipping, printing, and business services while keeping the store running smoothly. You'll provide excellent service, learn valuable skills, and be part of a supportive team. Responsibilities * Welcome customers and provide outstanding service * Assist with UPS & USPS shipping, packaging, and labeling * Support customers with printing, copying, and finishing services * Process Amazon & Happy Returns and package drop-offs * Learn to provide notary and fax services (must be able to become a Notary Public) * Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently * Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment * Work with teammates to meet store goals and support daily operations What We 're Looking For * Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (but not required) * Strong communication and people skills * Basic math and computer skills * Positive attitude and ability to multitask in a busy environment * Willingness to learn and grow with our team * Reliable transportation and ability to commute to both Mount Pleasant locations (29464 & 29466) Benefits * Competitive pay: $14-$18/hour based on experience * Employee discounts * Paid time off & holiday pay * Hands-on training provided * Supportive, team-oriented environment * Work Location: In person at our Mount Pleasant, SC UPS Store locations.
