We buy excess inventory and overstock products -- everything from sporting goods and fishing gear to plumbing fixtures, auto parts, electronics, and home improvement products -- and turn them into real sales across e-commerce and direct-to-retailer channels. The Role (Read This Carefully) We're looking for a creative, entrepreneurial self-starter who can help us actively grow sales -- not just manage listings. You'll think like a marketer , act like a seller , and experiment like a startup founder. This is a part-time, in-office role to start, with a clear path to full- time for the right person. You'll be involved in outbound sales, e-commerce optimization, lead generation, and creating sales materials that help us move inventory and open new revenue streams. If you enjoy testing ideas, picking up the phone, building catalogs, and figuring out what actually sells , this role was built for you. What You 'll Actually Do Sales & Lead Generation (Major Focus) * Identify and research small retailers, independent shops, and builders * Sporting goods stores * Plumbing supply buyers * Contractors and small developers * Proactively reach out via phone, email, and social media * Build and manage a lead list / simple CRM * Follow up, qualify interest, and help convert leads into real orders * Support early sales conversations and help close initial deals Product Catalogs & Sales Materials * Create simple, targeted product catalogs , such as: * Sinks, toilets, and faucets for builders * Fishing gear and outdoor products for sporting goods stores * Organize inventory into sellable bundles that make sense for small buyers * Keep catalogs current and aligned with available stock E-Commerce & Marketplace Growth * Optimize and manage listings on eBay, Amazon, Walmart, Facebook , and emerging platforms * Test and document what works: * Titles, photos, pricing, keywords, shipping, categories * Build creative product bundles and promotions * Use marketplace tools and analytics to drive conversions * Track metrics like: * Sell-through rate * Conversion rate * Margin and pricing performance Social Media & Emerging Channels * Help create and post basic, sales-focused social content * Engage with potential buyers and partners online * Identify and test new channels (TikTok Shops, Facebook Marketplace, etc.) * If you think it might work -- we test it Big-Picture Growth * Bring new ideas daily * Help shape how we sell, who we sell to, and what we test next * As you perform, you can grow into: * Owning sales channels or product categories * Managing projects or people * Helping launch entirely new revenue streams under Huxcore Ideal Candidate You're likely a fit if you are: * Entrepreneurial, curious, and creative * Comfortable finding leads and reaching out cold * Interested in sales + e-commerce , not just one or the other * Action-oriented -- you don't wait for instructions * Comfortable with light analytics, spreadsheets, and testing * A strong communicator with good instincts for what sells * Excited by variety and fast pace Bonus points if you have: * Experience with eBay, Amazon, Walmart, or TikTok Shops * Experience creating catalogs or sales materials * Inventory, SEO, or pricing experience * A side hustle, resale experience, or small business background Compensation & Structure * Part-time to start , with a clear path to full-time * Base pay: $25/Hour * Bonus potential: 30% -50%, performance-based * Growth tied directly to results, not tenure Pay: From $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week Benefits: * Employee discount Application Question(s): * 1.
