Job description: Seeking for a full time Administrative Assistant with experience in Sales and Customer Service. 35-year-old Minnesota firm with +15 employees. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point and other industry software applications is a plus. SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: * Ability to communicate effectively over the phone and via email * Ability to work independently and collaboratively * Attention to detail * Ability to maintain, adhere to and develop written procedures * Dedication to a continuous improvement environment * Excellent writing skills * Very Organized. You must have strong organization skills. * Ability to work independently or as part of a team. * Fast learner and self-starter-Driven * Must be self-motivated and able to multitask efficiently * Leadership and Coordination skills * Trustworthy with confidential information * Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy. * Warm calling to our current customers Ideal hours: Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
