Personality Traits: * Highly organized and self-motivated * Team-oriented and collaborative * Confident communicator and decision-maker * Friendly, upbeat, and a morale booster What You Bring * Proven track record of success in sales (home services or HVAC/insulation preferred) * Experience managing or coaching sales reps is a big plus * Strong understanding of sales pipelines, CRM tools, and performance metrics * Comfortable managing multiple priorities and teams simultaneously Day-to-Day Responsibilities * Run and manage incoming leads and lead assignments * Track performance and daily activity of all sales reps * Check in daily with each sales rep to offer support and review progress * Review signed contracts and ensure proper handoff to operations * Confirm upcoming job installations and address any gaps * Coordinate with the operations team on complex or custom project needs Monthly Responsibilities * Monitor and report on individual and team close rates * Prepare and deliver monthly commission reports for all sales reps * Identify underperformance and provide coaching or correction * Analyze trends and opportunities for improvement Overall Duties * Hire, train, and (when necessary) terminate sales reps * Manage and grow the sales team, maintaining high morale * Set and adjust sales incentives to drive motivation and results * Maintain accountability toward quarterly goals set by leadership * Strategize and implement new avenues of sales growth * Lead weekly sales team meetings to discuss goals, updates, and training * Attend weekly company-wide leadership meetings to align with other departments Perks & Benefits * Competitive base salary + commission structure for individual and team performance * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for growth in a fast-expanding company * Collaborative, supportive company culture * 401k Match How to Apply Apply with your resume and a brief cover letter explaining why you're a great fit for Terra Insulation and this role.
