Other Washington, District Of Columbia Direct Hire Jan 16, 2026 National Account Manager Full-time, hybrid role based in the greater Washington DC- Baltimore area Base salary in the $120,000- $140,000 range +Bonus and Commissions A leading global manufacturer of foodservice and food retail equipment is seeking a National Account Manager to manage and grow large, multi- million-dollar national accounts while identifying new business opportunities. This is a high-visibility role suited for a self-motivated sales professional who thrives in relationship-driven, growth-focused environments. What You'll Do * Manage and grow assigned national accounts while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities * Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships that drive retention and growth * Act as a trusted advisor to customers by delivering value-driven, solution-based sales strategies * Identify market trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities to exceed sales and profitability goals * Lead strategic business reviews and communicate performance to internal and external stakeholders * Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including product, service, and operations * Leverage CRM tools and data to manage pipeline activity and sales performance * Represent a broad portfolio of commercial food equipment solutions across customer organizations What We're Looking For * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) * Proven success in sales and account management, ideally within foodservice, food equipment, or food retail * Experience managing large or national accounts with complex customer relationships * Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills * Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities * Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office * Willingness to travel approximately 3 days / 2 nights per week * Must be based in or near the Baltimore / Washington, DC area SNSNI Companies
