• Negotiate terms and close sales confidently while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
• Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and tracking follow-up activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining ongoing client relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients and promote our insurance and investment offerings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued.

• Knowledge of insurance sales processes, benefits administration, and compliance standards such as HIPAA regulations where applicable.
