Duties
- Engage in outside sales efforts by reaching out to prospective clients through various channels, including telemarketing and community networking.
- Conduct comprehensive needs analysis to identify clients' insurance and investment requirements.
- Present and explain insurance policies and investment products clearly, highlighting benefits and features tailored to each client's situation.
- Negotiate terms and close sales confidently while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
- Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and tracking follow-up activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining ongoing client relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients and promote our insurance and investment offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with analysis capabilities to assess client needs effectively.
- Knowledge of insurance sales processes, benefits administration, and compliance standards such as HIPAA regulations where applicable.
- Ability to handle sales administration tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a proactive approach to client engagement.
