Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pest Control salesmen to join our team. This role involves providing effective pest management solutions to residential and commercial clients, ensuring customer satisfaction through professional sales and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, technical knowledge of pest control methods, and experience in sales or business development, including outside sales, account management, and territory management. Duties * Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify pest issues and determine appropriate treatment plans. * Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and treatment options to enhance customer satisfaction. * Develop new business through lead generation, cold calling, and territory management to expand the company's client base. * Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, upselling additional services, and maintaining strong customer relationships. * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce for scheduling, documentation, and tracking sales activities. * Perform product demos and presentations to potential clients to promote pest control solutions effectively. * Collaborate with team members on marketing initiatives and business development strategies to increase market share. * Maintain detailed records of service visits, treatments performed, and customer interactions for compliance and reporting purposes. Qualifications * sales, or technical sales with a focus on territory management or account management preferred. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining excellent customer service standards. * Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines. * Excellent communication skills for conducting product demos, cold calling, and engaging with clients across various sectors including retail or business markets. * Ability to analyze market data and develop strategies for lead generation and territory expansion. * Experience in management or business development is a plus, demonstrating leadership potential within the team. * Knowledge of pest control products, techniques, or related technology sales is advantageous but not required; training will be provided. * Valid driver's license preferred for territory management and service delivery.
