In this role you will work directly with various service departments to identify opportunities within the organization. Customer service and phone experience is a requirement. Responsibilities * Engage with customers in various service departments to identify vehicle upgrade opportunities. * Make outbound calls and follow ups to set appointments for sales team. * Maintain strong, friendly phone presence and represent brand professionally. * Track and update customers interactions in our database. * Collaborate with the sales and service teams. Skills * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers. * Bi-lingual ability (Spanish) is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Schedule * Part-time hours, may include some Saturdays Job Type: Part-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
