* Dynamic Sales Associate* Choice Flooring, the fastest-growing flooring store in the greater Phoenix area, proudly serves clients throughout the entire state of Arizona. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team and support the continued growth and success of our store. This versatile role involves engaging with customers, facilitating sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service from start to finish. Primary Responsibilities: Sales Performance: * Outreach campaigns and Cold Calling. * Actively engage with customers on the sales floor, over the phone, and through email. * Manage day-to-day customer interactions, including order processing and payment transactions. * Address client needs, resolve complaints, and ensure overall satisfaction. * Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to boost sales. * Maintain a clean and inviting store appearance. * Bilingual (Spanish) preferred Work Hours: * Monday - Friday: 8 am - 4 pm * Saturday - Rotational Schedule (overtime hours) Qualifications: * Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service. * Sale Call Experience * Knowledge of flooring products is a plus. * High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. * Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. * Basic computer proficiency. * Excellent communication skills. * Resume required. * Bilingual in Spanish.
