Twin Cities Management is a recognized leader in sales and business consulting in the Minneapolis area, assisting clients in reaching their local consumer base and sales growth. Our team of entry-level Client Sales Representatives and client managers provides sales growth through purposeful, knowledgeable in-person interactions with local businesses. Our sales presentations include assessing customer needs, clear communication regarding client benefits and services, and determining applicable solutions for the business's operational development. The Client Sales Representative will be integrated into the AT&T Business portfolio, receiving direct mentorship in campaign execution and team leadership to facilitate growth into a territory management role. As a Client Sales Representative, you will manage team alignment, facilitate onboarding procedures, and nurture client relationships for AT&T Business. The Client Sales Representative will receive training in performance management and sales systems to leverage data for service benchmarks and campaign refinement, establishing a pathway into telecom leadership. Client Sales Representative Responsibilities: * Complete in-person structured sales campaigns across assigned commercial zones to drive enrollment for AT&T Business wireless, fiber, and bundled services. * Assess business customer needs for connectivity and telecommunications to provide appropriate solutions and present sales packages. * Monitor sales activity, account status, and activation milestones using client-provided platforms to support territory forecasting and sales performance tracking. * Resolve customer inquiries and service gaps through structured escalation protocols and cross-functional coordination with internal teams. * Conduct performance check-ins, implement process improvements, and share best Client Sales Representative practices to enhance team efficiency and sales velocity. * Train and support team members on service positioning, sales workflows, and onboarding procedures to improve conversion rates and campaign consistency. * Collaborate with internal departments and other Client Sales Representatives to ensure documentation accuracy, provisioning readiness, and sales benchmarks are met across all service tiers. Client Sales Representative Qualifications: * A High School Diploma is required. * Experience in client onboarding, sales coordination, or team leadership--ideally within telecom, subscription-based, or technology-driven sectors. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to take sales outcomes and build an improved system for outreach and connection. * Motivational leader with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset; drives Client Sales Representative team cohesion and sales success across AT&T's business service tiers. Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
