Job Summary

WeLease Property Management is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence in San Diego and surrounding areas. This position requires a professional with a deep understanding of property management services, a strong sales skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service aligned with our core values of "WeBelieve."

Duties

• Lead Generation and Prospecting through Networking, Cold Calling, Online Marketing and attending industry events.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base
• Present to new owners and effectively communicate the benefits of working with WeLease Property Management.
• Collaboration and Coordination with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and nurture client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction
• Lead sales efforts, including negotiating contracts and closing deals
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Reporting and Metrics by tracking all sales activities, pipeline status and conversion rates.
• Oversee business development projects from inception to completion Skills
• Proficiency with CRM softwares, experience with LeadSimple and Appfolio is a plus
• Self Motivated is a must
