Job Summary WeLease Property Management is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence in San Diego and surrounding areas. This position requires a professional with a deep understanding of property management services, a strong sales skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service aligned with our core values of "WeBelieve." Duties * Lead Generation and Prospecting through Networking, Cold Calling, Online Marketing and attending industry events. * Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base * Present to new owners and effectively communicate the benefits of working with WeLease Property Management. * Collaboration and Coordination with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and nurture client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction * Lead sales efforts, including negotiating contracts and closing deals * Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth * Reporting and Metrics by tracking all sales activities, pipeline status and conversion rates. * Oversee business development projects from inception to completion Skills * Proficiency with CRM softwares, experience with LeadSimple and Appfolio is a plus * Self Motivated is a must * Exceptional people skills * Positive mindset * Strong strategic planning abilities * Demonstrated success in sales and negotiation * Experience in business development and market analysis * Project management skills to oversee initiatives effectively Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Health insurance * Paid time off Education: * Associate (Preferred) Experience: * Property management: 1 year (Preferred) * Real Estate: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: * Real Estate License (Required) Work Location: In person
