Position Overview As a Sales Representative , you'll connect directly with residents in assigned neighborhoods, educating them on Brightspeed Fiber Internet and helping them make the switch. No sales experience? No problem. We provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and a proven system to help you succeed from day one. New team members receive incentive-based training pay during their first month while learning the sales process.
