Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Membership Director to support our organization's growth and member engagement initiatives. This role involves collaborating closely with management to develop and implement strategies that increase membership, enhance member retention, and foster strong relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales expertise, management skills, and a customer-centric approach to help expand our community and strengthen our brand presence. Responsibilities * Assist in developing and executing outside sales strategies to attract new members through B2B sales channels and networking events. * Support management in managing existing member accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. * Conduct business development activities, including outreach to potential partners and clients to promote membership benefits. * Utilize marketing tools and technology sales techniques to identify opportunities for growth and engagement. * Leverage Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for tracking leads, managing contacts, and analyzing sales data to inform strategic decisions. * Participate in negotiations with prospective members or partners to close memberships and service agreements. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with members. * Analyze market trends and membership data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities. * Collaborate with the team on account management initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Skills * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or management roles with a focus on business development. * Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and technology sales techniques. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for data analysis and customer relationship management. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. * Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in account management and team collaboration. * Analytical skills to assess market trends, membership data, and performance metrics for strategic planning. * Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to client engagement. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment requiring adaptability and problem-solving skills.
