Job Summary We're growing our Phoenix office and looking for motivated, early-career sales professionals who want hands-on experience in a client-facing role. This position is a strong fit for individuals who enjoy goal-driven work and developing professional sales skills in a structured environment. You'll work with warm leads, learn the fundamentals of insurance sales, and build real-world experience while working alongside a supportive, in-office team. What You 'll Do * Speak with prospective clients using company-provided warm leads * Help clients understand basic life and health insurance options * Ask questions, listen actively, and guide clients through the application process * Maintain accurate records and follow required compliance guidelines * Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings What We 're Looking For * Willingness to obtain an Arizona Life & Health Insurance License (required) * Clear communication skills and a professional phone presence * Comfortable learning new systems and sales processes * Reliable, motivated, and open to feedback * Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required Compensation * Commission-based pay structure * Performance-based bonuses available * Compensation is based on individual results Work Setup * Phoenix, AZ office location * In-person onboarding and training * Hybrid schedule available after onboarding, based on performance * Collaborative, team-oriented office environment Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year Work Location: Hybrid remote in Phoenix, AZ 85040
