Payfluence HCM is is currently looking to hire an HCM Major Market Sales Consultant to join our team! Please read more regarding our HCM Major Market Sales Consultant Position: What You'll Do * Determine prospective customers' needs for Payroll, Human Resources and more, then presenting Payfluence services to meet those needs for our clients ranging from "1 to 2500" employees. * Build and sustain relationships with professional business partners. * Prepare and present proposals and provide timely follow-up throughout the evaluation process. * Ability to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quota. * Work closely with the implementation team to ensure a seamless transition of a new client. * Positively grow relationships, being a valued consultative partner. Requirements : * Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. * 2 years in a quota-driven, business to business sales position, proven ability with sales prospecting and closing * Ability to succeed in a competitive environment * Strong presentation skills to effectively represent Payfluence. * Strong Interpersonal skills (listening, team player and self-starter) * Payroll/HR sales experience preferred but not required.
