HCC Restoration is a growing restoration and construction company based in Rogers, Minnesota. We are seeking motivated and dependable independent contractors to support our residential restoration and construction projects. About the Role Commission based As an independent contractor with HCC Restoration, you will have the opportunity to establish yourself within a young, confident, and growing company. Your primary responsibilities will include generating leads, signing new projects, maintaining an active sales pipeline, and developing referral relationships. This role is performance-driven and offers the resources, training, and support needed to succeed. Individual results will directly reflect the level of effort and commitment invested. Compensation is directly tied to productivity and performance. Responsibilities * Perform assigned restoration or construction tasks in a professional and timely manner * Communicate clearly with sales manager and homeowners * Maintain quality workmanship and attention to detail * Follow job site safety standards and expectations * Outreach and self-generated leads, meeting potential clients face to face Requirements * Able to manage time effectively * Reliable vehicle * Must be legal to work in the state of Minnesota * Ability to work independently after basic training of the role What We Offer * The chance to be on the ground floor at a young company that in a short time already has a proven track record * Ability to make $80,000-$225,000 working 3-4 days per week * Unlimited time off, your schedule is your own Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $80,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year Expected hours: 15.0 - 60.0 per week People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: Hybrid remote in Rogers, MN 55374
