Landscape Sales Enclave Luxury Outdoor Living | Tampa Bay, FL Enclave Luxury Outdoor Living is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Landscape Sales to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment and has a strong appreciation for design, outdoor living, and high-end construction. Enclave is a luxury design-build firm specializing in custom outdoor living environments--from pools and patios to full landscape and lifestyle integrations. We work with discerning residential and commercial clients who value craftsmanship, design integrity, and a seamless experience from concept to completion. Responsibilities * Generate and manage sales opportunities for landscape and outdoor living projects * Meet with prospective clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget * Collaborate with our design and project management teams to develop tailored proposals * Present concepts, pricing, and timelines in a professional and confident manner * Maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales and pre-construction process * Track leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity in CRM systems * Represent Enclave professionally at client meetings, site visits, and networking events Qualifications * Proven experience in landscape, outdoor living, construction, or design-related sales * Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills * Ability to build trust quickly and guide clients through a high-value decision process * Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven * Familiarity with luxury residential clients is a plus * Valid driver's license and ability to attend site visits * Bachelor's Degree What We Offer * Competitive base salary + commission structure * Opportunity to sell premium, design-forward outdoor projects * Collaborative, design-focused team environment * Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding luxury brand * Strong understanding of horticulture principles and landscape design concepts * Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical details clearly to clients * Valid driver's license is preferred for site visits and client meetings Join our team to help create beautiful outdoor environments while advancing your skills in landscaping and horticulture.
