The Job: As a Flooring Designer, you'll: * Help clients find their perfect flooring solution through personalized consultations. * Conduct in-home measurements, prepare quotes, and close sales with confidence. * Capture new leads by assisting clients in our showroom and answering incoming calls. * Attend networking and community events, creating connections that build lasting business. * Stay up-to-date on the latest flooring trends and products. Requirements: * Friendly & Professional: We value kindness and customer care, so being personable is key. * Physically Active: Comfortable bending, lifting, and measuring in clients' homes. * Reliable Transportation: Valid driver's license with a clean record. * Tech Savvy: Able to navigate basic software, including tablets and CRM tools. * Organized & Goal-Oriented: Self-driven and eager to learn.
