We bring high-quality chiropractic care directly to individuals however we also partner with local Businesses, Golf Courses, Gyms, Wellness centers, Senior Communities, Athletic Organizations, etc. These partnerships are a 5-8x ROI for them so it's a win win for everyone. We're now expanding and looking for a proven B2B sales closer -- someone who's motivated, confident, and thrives on building business relationships that last. Position Overview As a Partnership Developer , you'll generate new B2B partnerships -- connecting our mobile chiropractic team with local businesses who want to improve employee wellness and morale, while also improving their bottom line. This is a hybrid 1099 sales role : flexible schedule, high commissions, and the ability to work remotely for outreach with in-person meetings locally. You'll have autonomy, unlimited income potential, and direct support from a fast-growing company with an easy-to-sell, in-demand service. Compensation & Perks - Base Pay: $30,000 (Heavy Commission based) - Commission: 10% recurring monthly commission (for the life of each partnership) - Average Annual Earnings: $75,000-$125,000+ - Bonus: $1,000 after your first closed partnership (within 2 weeks) - Tesla Company Owned Car: Earn a Tesla after closing 10 partnerships *- Flexible schedule & weekly pay: *Do what you do best on your own terms What You 'll Do * Identify and reach out to potential business partners (gyms, offices, country clubs, senior communities, etc.) * Present Coastal Mobile Chiropractic's onsite services, wellness benefits & clear ROI for them * Build and maintain long-term partner relationships * Follow up with leads, coordinate pilot trials, and close contracts * Collaborate with our marketing and operations team to streamline onboarding What We 're Looking For * Minimum 3 years of proven B2B or service sales success * Consistently met or exceeded sales quotas in past roles * Great communicator with confidence and professionalism * Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality * Comfortable with hybrid/remote work * Based in or near Clearwater / St. Petersburg area * Entrepreneurial mindset -- you take initiative and thrive independently Performance Benchmarks * Close 1 partnership in first 2 weeks (required & rewarded with a $1,000 bonus) * Close at least 2 new partnerships per month ongoing * Maintain strong follow-up and relationship management Additional Details * Classification: 1099 Independent Contractor * Schedule: Flexible Full-time * Start Date: Immediate * Pay Frequency: Weekly The Opportunity This is a role for true producers -- not clock-watchers.
