Simply put: We don 't just advise -- we build. Position Overview We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Growth Coordinator to fuel our agency's expansion. This role is essential to driving new business, supporting our sales efforts, and ensuring seamless coordination between our business development, creative, and technical teams. You'll be at the center of our growth initiatives, helping us identify opportunities, nurture prospects, and convert leads into long-term clients. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Business Development * Research and identify potential clients who would benefit from our web development and digital marketing services * Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls with prospects * Maintain and nurture the sales pipeline through strategic follow-ups and relationship building * Track and analyze lead sources and conversion metrics to optimize our growth strategies * Support outreach campaigns and business development initiatives Sales Support & Coordination * Prepare compelling proposals, statements of work, and sales presentations * Collaborate with our development and creative teams to scope projects and develop accurate pricing * Maintain organized CRM records and ensure no opportunities fall through the cracks * Create sales collateral, case studies, and marketing materials that showcase our work * Generate monthly reports on pipeline health, conversion rates, and growth metrics Client Communication & Relationship Management * Respond to inquiries about our services with enthusiasm and expertise * Follow up with prospects after proposals to answer questions and address concerns * Coordinate client onboarding processes to ensure smooth project kickoffs * Gather client feedback and success stories to fuel future growth efforts * Maintain positive relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business Strategic Growth Initiatives * Research market trends, competitor activities, and potential service expansion opportunities * Support the planning and execution of networking events, partnerships, or marketing campaigns * Identify process improvements that increase efficiency and close rates * Contribute ideas for new services, target markets, or business models Qualifications Required: * 1-3 years of experience in sales support, business development, marketing coordination, or related roles * Passion for growth and a track record of achieving goals * Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) * Comfortable with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative * Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Must be located in or willing to relocate to the Des Moines area Preferred: * Experience in a digital marketing agency or tech environment * Understanding of web development or digital marketing services * Familiarity with professional service clients (law firms, B2B) * Experience with project management tools and agency workflows * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field What Makes You Successful in This Role * Growth mindset: You're energized by expansion and love contributing to wins * Proactive approach: You spot opportunities and act on them without being prompted * Detail-obsessed: Nothing slips through the cracks when you're managing it * Excellent communicator: You translate technical services into compelling value propositions * Collaborative spirit: You work seamlessly with creative and technical teams * Results-driven: You track metrics and continuously look for ways to improve Job Type: Contract Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 4 - 20 per week Application Question(s): * what are you passionate about in sales? * what is important in the sales process?
