Job Title: Outside Sales Representative-Based out of Austin. (Will travel the Austin, San Antonio, and Waco Area) Locations: * Based in Austin area. Job Type: Full-Time Pay: Based on experience Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and dependable Outside Sales Representative to service our Houston territory. This role involves face-to-face sales, account management, and territory growth. While experience in tile or building materials is a plus, it is not required --we're happy to train the right person. This is a field-based role that includes travel within the territory , and occasional overnight stays. What You 'll Do * Visit and build relationships with customers including retailers, builders, contractors, and designers * Present and promote company products * Identify customer needs and offer solutions * Manage accounts and follow up regularly to ensure satisfaction * Attend trainings, trade shows, and events as needed * Use technology (iPad, laptop, CRM software) to track leads, opportunities, and visits * Lift and transport up to 50 lbs. of samples and materials * Work outdoors in all weather conditions during site visits What We 're Looking For * Previous outside sales experience preferred * Industry knowledge (tile, flooring, or building materials) is a plus, but not required * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Self-starter with strong time management * Tech-savvy and organized * Valid driver's license with clean driving record * Able to travel (some overnights required) * Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in the elements What We Provide * Company van for business use * Laptop, iPad, and cell phone provided * All travel expenses reimbursed (fuel, lodging, meals, etc.) * Ongoing training and support Work Location: * On the road within the Austin, San Antonio, and Waco area. * Must be based in or near Austin.
