Job Title: Outside Sales Representative-Based out of Austin. (Will travel the Austin, San Antonio, and Waco Area) Locations:

Overview

We are looking for a motivated and dependable Outside Sales Representative to service our Houston territory. This role involves face-to-face sales, account management, and territory growth. While experience in tile or building materials is a plus, it is not required --we're happy to train the right person. This is a field-based role that includes travel within the territory , and occasional overnight stays. What You 'll Do

• Visit and build relationships with customers including retailers, builders, contractors, and designers
• Present and promote company products
• Identify customer needs and offer solutions
• Manage accounts and follow up regularly to ensure satisfaction
• Attend trainings, trade shows, and events as needed
• Use technology (iPad, laptop, CRM software) to track leads, opportunities, and visits
• Lift and transport up to 50 lbs. of samples and materials
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions during site visits What We 're Looking For
• Previous outside sales experience preferred
• Industry knowledge (tile, flooring, or building materials) is a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-starter with strong time management
• Tech-savvy and organized
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Able to travel (some overnights required)
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in the elements What We Provide

• Must be based in or near Austin. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $63,645.59 per year
