Sales Representative Essential Duties Summary Under the supervision of the Director of Sales, as well as various seasonal division managers, the Sales Representative position is designed to provide valuable field experience to support day-to-day sales responsibilities. The Sales Representative will interact directly with customers throughout all phases of the sales process within the company's three core divisions: Snow Management, Surface Management, and Landscape. Key responsibilities will include: * Lead cultivation * Marketing * Cold calling * CRM maintenance * Updating calendar * Customer proposals * Winter snow management duties in the field * Other tasks as assigned Required Qualifications * Highly detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks independently * Strong oral and written communication, and time and project management skills * Willingness to learn new skills and techniques * Experience adapting to challenges, providing support, and guiding communication in a constantly changing environment * Able to work professionally, both individually with little supervision and as part of a team * Must always represent TCOS' best interest, maintain the highest level of integrity and professionalism Preferred Qualifications * 1+ year experience in a relevant role as sales and/or marketing professional * Sales experience specific to property management/facilities management * Associate degree or bachelor's degree (B.A.) in related field from a two or four-year college or university Physical Demands * Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds * Alternate between walking, standing, sitting, and crouching for extended periods of time * Substantial movements (motions) of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers * Close visual acuity to perform activity such as: preparing and analyzing dates and figures, viewing a computer screen, extensive reading Twin City Outdoor Services offers a competitive benefits package including health insurance, dental, life insurance, 401k w/ match, paid time off, paid holidays, bonus opportunities, voluntary benefits, and more!
