Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Charleston SC. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients, driving business growth, and achieving sales targets, guiding clients through the roofing and exterior project process--from inspection to signed contract. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, business development, and account management, with the ability to navigate B2B environments effectively. Duties * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling. * Manage territory sales by developing strategic plans to maximize market penetration. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional efforts. * Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and manage sales pipelines. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction. * Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while maintaining a focus on long-term relationships. Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in B2B or technology sales environments. * Strong skills in account management and territory management. * Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation techniques. * Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a customer-centric approach. * Ability to conduct product demos and articulate technical information clearly. * Experience in direct sales, inside sales, or retail sales is advantageous. * Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and adapt strategies accordingly. * A proactive attitude towards achieving sales goals and driving business development initiatives.
